The project was delivered in partnership with Tech Mahindra. The company had highly complex and evolved business processes which were not included in the ERP. Multi-company org: 25 sub-companies with multiple sites for each sub-company. Process-intensive, involving government compliance.

- Tender bid entry of HAL - Encompasses the shortlisting of vendors based on 50+ minimum criteria, validation of bank guarantees, execution of the tender process on the website, data capture, vendor shortlisting, and subsequent vendor onboarding.
- Gate pass entry of HAL - Regulates all movements of materials and labour, both entering and leaving the organization, leveraging the Gate entry concept(new to IFS) for 25+ sub-companies.
- Business planning of HAL - Entails real-time expense approvals linked to budgeting, restricted solely to projects and not applicable across the entire organization. Each organizational expense is retroactively traced back to the relevant budgets through the corresponding approvals in the established process.
- MDM - A stand-alone solution for data migration, custom-built for the unique requirements of the customer.
